This guitar was a custom build for Rebecca Lutz in Winona, MN and was delivered in person on September 19, 2015 during my trip to the University of Minnesota. The guitar uses a bracing design and plantilla shape that is different than what I have previously used both as a reaction to feedback I had received over the past three years from various players and as a response to the requests that Rebecca made.

Over the past three years I have almost excusively been focused on creating a lattice / fan hybrid guitar. While most of my experiments with other designs have resulted in some very nice guitars, the resulting instrument you see here is in both my opinion and the opinion of several players, a worthy improvement on my guitars' tone quality, balance and response. My main design has a great immediacy in response, while no. 28's design produces an equally projecting, lower resonance response that peaks in volume much later.  This delivers listeners a very full-bodied sound with lots of sustain.

This guitar is now available for sale from Rebecca. It is currently in my possession and the pictures above were taken recently, so this guitar is in obsolutely new condition and was greatly cared for.
