Guitar No. 51

I made this short scale for Brian King who is about to start his studies at the Royal Conservatory in Scotland. It's a bit too short for me and my long fingers, however, I worked hard to preserve the essential position of the bracing and body size that I use on my standard, 650mm scale guitar. I did this by simply moving the position of the neck forward along with the 12th fret body intersection where it matters.
This assymetry created some challenges in neck alignment and the detail work around the joint, but I think the result was well worth the extra effort.
